Ingredients:
- ½ lb Bacon
- 1 Yellow onion (diced)
- 1 Bell pepper (diced)
- 2 Cans Bean Medley, drained (540 ml each)
- 1 Can brown beans (398 ml)
- 2 Cups Ketchup
- ¼ Cup Molasses
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sucklebuster Sugar Daddy BBQ Rub
- 1 Tbsp Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 Large aluminum pan
Instructions:
- Preheat smoker to 225F
- Dice bacon and sauté over medium low heat
- Dice onions add to bacon
- Dice bell pepper
- Assemble all ingredients in aluminum pan
- Stir together and place on smoker
- Stir every 30 minutes
- After 1.5 hrs remove and serve
