Terms & Conditions

1. You can choose to carry one, some, or all of our brands.
2. All advertised prices must be no less than 15% off our suggested retail pricing from our wholesale price list.
3. Retailers operating in Saskatchewan must provide a PST number to be exempt from Provincial Sales Tax.
4. Pellets and water don’t mix – If you carry wood pellets, you must store them in a climate-controlled environment to prevent moisture damage.

Shipping

1. We typically ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Orders in excess of 5 skids may require additional processing time.
2. We offer our corporate LTL shipping rates and will arrange to ship your orders to you through the most economical freight carrier based on your location.
3. You may choose to arrange your own (collect) freight and pay charges directly to the third-party freight carrier.
4. You may pick up your order at one of our distribution warehouses after giving us sufficient notice.

Startup Costs

1. Retailers are encouraged to purchase a start-up kit with their first order ($75), which includes:
   • 1 x 2’x3′ Lumber Jack banner (outdoor rated)
   • 50 x Lumber Jack brochures
   • 1 x Fold-Up Brochure holder
   • 1 x 8.5″ x 11″ laminated flavour guide
2. Initial orders of two or more skids of pellets qualify for a free start-up kit.
3. There are no fees or franchise contracts, therefore we do not offer locked-in territories.

Invoicing & Payments

1. We accept Visa/MasterCard as well as EFT and Interac e-Transfer.
2. All credit card payments are subject to an additional 2% processing fee.
