  • 250g block of cream cheese
  • 1 can of crab meat
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sucklebusters Lemon Pepper Garlic Rub
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • Lumber Jack Mesquite Blend BBQ Pellets


  1. Preheat smoker 325F
  2. Place all ingredients EXCEPT for crab and onion, into bowl and mix well
  3. Add crab and green onion and fold into mixture
  4. Place mixture into foil pan or cast iron skillet
  5. Sprinkle some extra parmesan on top
  6. Place onto grill for roughly 1 hour, until parmesan begins to brown
  7. Remove and let cool for 10 min
  8. Serve


Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or onto baguettes
