Cheesy, crabby goodness! Try this out at your next party, people are sure to rave about it!

- 250g block of cream cheese
- 1 can of crab meat
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp Sucklebusters Lemon Pepper Garlic Rub
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- Lumber Jack Mesquite Blend BBQ Pellets
Instructions:
- Preheat smoker 325F
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT for crab and onion, into bowl and mix well
- Add crab and green onion and fold into mixture
- Place mixture into foil pan or cast iron skillet
- Sprinkle some extra parmesan on top
- Place onto grill for roughly 1 hour, until parmesan begins to brown
- Remove and let cool for 10 min
- Serve
