What You’ll Need

• 1 bag Brownie Points Bake Mix
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
• 1/2 cup water

How to Make It

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) baking pan.
2. Mix the melted butter or oil, egg, water and brownie mix until smooth.
3. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick in the centre comes out clean.
5. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

For dairy-free brownies, use oil or vegan butter. Oven times vary, so always check the directions on the package.

Serving Ideas

Make mini brownies or classic brownie bars. Add frosting, caramel or fresh fruit, or serve them warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
