Pulled Pork
A BBQ staple, pulled pork. This is a great starting point for anybody new to smoking meats. It’s a juicy tender crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
- 5-7 lb pork shoulder
- Sucklebusters Sugar Daddy Rub
- Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub
- Buns
- Coleslaw
Instructions:
- Liberally season pork on all sides with Sugar Daddy and Honey BBQ Rubs
- Pre-heat smoker to 225 F
- Place pork on grill4.
- Cook until internal temp reaches 165 F
- Place in foil pan and cover with aluminum foil
- Return to grill
- Cook until internal temperature is around 200 F AND a meat probe slides into the pork with little to no resistance, like a hot knife into butter
- Remove from grill and rest for 30 minutes, covered
- Shred pork with 2 forks, serve on a bun with coleslaw and your favourite sauce
