Bone in skin on chicken breast with this rub is amazing!!! Season chicken 30mins to an hr prior to smoking. Smoke @ 225f for 3hrs cherry wood Lumber Jack Pellets ofc. Apply bbq sauce crank to 350 until desired temps.
