Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
- 400 gram minced turkey meat
- 2 burger buns
- Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Rub
- Lettuce
- Red onion
Ingredients tzatziki sauce
- ½ cup grated cucumber
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Greek plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
Instructions:
- Heat your grill up to 375F.
- Make two burger patties out of the meat and season with the Honey BBQ rub.
- Add all ingredients for the tzatziki sauce in a bowl.
- When grill is ready add the patties. Get them off when internal temperature is 160F and flip half way. Let it rest for a couple minutes (meat will go up to 165F while resting.
- Add buns for a short time on the grill.
- To build the burger: First start with the phlippens sauce, lettuce, patty, tzatziki and top off with red onion rings.
