Smoked Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
Filling
- 5 Peaches (peeled and sliced)
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Sucklebusters Sugar Daddy Rub
- 3 TBSP Lemon Juice
Batter
- 6 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Sucklebusters Sugar Daddy Rub
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¾ Cup Whole Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat smoker 325F
- Heat a saucepan on your stovetop to medium heat, add sugar, Sugar Daddy Rub and lemon juice until sugar dissolves
- Place peach slices in a bowl and pour dissolved sugar mixture over top and mix
- Put 6 TBSP butter in a 9×9 foil pan and put on smoker until melted
- In a separate bowl make your batter by adding flour, sugar, Sucklebusters Sugar Daddy Rub, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and combine
- Add milk to batter mixture slowly
- Pour batter mixture into pan with melted butter
- Add peaches on top of batter
- Smoke for 60-70 min
- Remove, let cool and serve
Tip: Serve with Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
