Ingredients:

  • 10 Sweet Mini Peppers
  • 1 TBSP Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster
  • 1 250g Cream Cheese
  • 20 strips thin bacon
  • 1 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat smoker 225 F
  2. Cut peppers in half, lengthwise, remove ribs and seeds
  3. Combine cheeses and Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster
  4. Fill each pepper with cream cheese mixture
  5. Wrap with bacon
  6. Dust with Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster
  7. Place on smoker
  8. Cook until bacon is done, about 1 hour
  9. Remove from smoker and serve
