- 10 Sweet Mini Peppers
- 1 TBSP Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster
- 1 250g Cream Cheese
- 20 strips thin bacon
- 1 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat smoker 225 F
- Cut peppers in half, lengthwise, remove ribs and seeds
- Combine cheeses and Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster
- Fill each pepper with cream cheese mixture
- Wrap with bacon
- Dust with Croix Valley Southwest BBQ Booster
- Place on smoker
- Cook until bacon is done, about 1 hour
- Remove from smoker and serve
